This weekend Ben turned 10! He celebrated with a 2 day event full of fun, presents and of course cake. Oh the cake! Saturday night was a Mario Themed birthday party with 24 of his closest friends. We went to the wave pool and the kiddies had a blast. Swimming was followed by Pizza and Mario Cupcakes and of course presents. I don't remember getting birthday presents like that when I was a kid! The evening was great and besides a small fire while lighting the candles, it went well.
Sunday was Ben's actual Birthday which he spent with just family. Of course there was more cake and presents. The Kids played soccer in the yard for a while and besides a few grass stains, everyone had a great time. However, I'm surprised J could walk this morning.
